Online Store Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. The online store operating at the address Liliowce.net is run by Zofia Dulęba, adres e-mail: liliowcejb@gmail.com, telefon: +48606998320. The Store sells live plants – flower seedlings. Sales and order processing take place exclusively during the seasonal period, i.e., from June 1 to September 30 of each year.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivering goods, paying the price, and the Client’s rights to file complaints.

II. Placing Orders (Purchases)

  1. Orders can be placed by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form available on the Store’s website. Purchases are possible only during the period indicated in point I.2.
  2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract.
  3. After placing an order, the Client receives an automatic confirmation via e-mail.

III. Prices and Payment Methods

  1. All prices provided in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).
  2. The Store provides only one payment method: Traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account. PLN: mBank S.A., bank account number: 56 1140 2004 0000 3102 8484 1358. IV. Delivery

  1. Orders are processed within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The shipping cost is fixed, borne by the Client, and amounts to 50 PLN. It will be added to the order total in the cart.
  3. Products (seedlings) are dispatched within 14 days from the moment the full payment for the order is credited to the Seller’s bank account. The carrier’s delivery time should be added to this period.

V. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns) – Important Exceptions

  1. Pursuant to Article 38 point 4 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in respect of contracts in which the subject of the service is a perishable item or an item with a short shelf life.
  2. Due to the nature of the products offered in the Liliowce.net store (live flower seedlings), which are perishable goods requiring special conditions, the standard 14-day right of return without giving a reason is excluded.
  3. The above exclusion does not affect the Client’s right to submit a complaint in the event of receiving defective goods or goods not in accordance with the order.

VI. Complaints

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract (healthy and wholesome seedlings).
  2. It is recommended to check the condition of the plants immediately upon receipt of the shipment. In case of damages or non-conformity, the Client should immediately inform the Seller.
  3. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: liliowcejb@gmail.com, preferably including photographic documentation.
  4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

Data is processed for contract fulfillment, tax obligations, and complaint handling based on GDPR provisions. Data is shared only with couriers, accounting, and hosting providers.
